This was our first time ordering from Kathy's 2nd Chance Plants. We were absolutely wowed by every part of our experience. Ordering from their website was so easy - we live in Maine and wanted to send my mother-in-law a birthday gift. I loved it that I could actually see what I was ordering and could customize the peace plant with the addition of some fresh flowers. Then I received an email with an actual picture of what was being sent. Then I got a call from Kathy's letting me know that the gift had been delivered. We spoke with my mother-in-law on her birthday and she was thrilled with her gift. My brother-in-law sent us a picture of her with her gift and it was exactly what we saw earlier in the photo sent to us from Kathy's. So you cannot go wrong ordering from Kathy's. I cannot say enough about how delighted we have been with this experience. We will definitely use them again when sending flowers to our relatives in Wisconsin.
