3. Terms & Conditions

1. Subscription Service: Subscription fee is for the period of your choosing. Choose from, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, seasonally (quarterly) or yearly. For any questions: contact us at: 414-331-0272. By subscribing, you have acknowledged and agreed to these terms. Continued use indicated acceptance.Thank you for choosing Kathy's 2nd Chance Plants.
2. Payments: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis, as specified during sign-up. All payments will be made automatically and in advance of delivery with credit card or debit card provided.
3. Modifications: To make changes to your subscription, including pausing or canceling, please call our shop directly at 414-331-0272.
4. Cancellations: Cancel your subscription anytime by calling our shop. Cancellations must be made at least 5 days before the next scheduled delivery to avoid charges.
5. Delivery: We deliver your flowers as per the subscription schedule. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. Please provide accurate delivery information for address and phone number for your recipient. Missing information will delay delivery.
6. Refunds: Refunds are not provided for deliveries already made. All other questions of refunds can be directed to our refund policy located on our website. https://www.kathys2ndchanceplants.com
