Correspondence from the florist via email was timely. When the arrangement was ready to go, I received photos by email of it for my approval. The flowers were even delivered within a few hours of placing the order. The recipient of my arrangement contacted me to say that the flowers were very fresh and colorful. I've had nothing be good experiences with Kathy's products. She has great vision and everything I've seen has been beautiful and of the highest quality.
