12 February 2026Kathy and team went the extra mile to make sure the delivery got to the recipient. Initially going to her house, but then finding out she was still in hospital. They then took the flowers to the hospital she was at and was persistent to make sure that the recipient received the flowers working through a number of signing procedures at the hospital. Thank you for going the extra mile and making a difference in people's lives.
