3 September 2025I have never experienced such impeccable customer service with a flower shop before. I put in the order online on Sunday over a holiday weekend when they were closed on Monday, for flowers to be delivered to a funeral on Tuesday. I was a little concerned about the timing and if they would be able to get the arrangement to the church with this short of notice, since they were not open until the day of the funeral. But as soon as I placed the order I recieved a call from the owner reassuring me she would personally take care of my order first thing Tuesday morning. I really appreciate that she sent me a picture of the arrangement before it was delivered to be sure I was satisfied. It turned out beautifully. The owner also text me with a picture of the sympathy note and updates on the delivery. I highly recommend this flower shop to anyone that worries about ordering flowers on line. The communication was great and put my mind at ease. Thank you Kathy's 2nd Chance Plants!
